Terms Of Service LUMEN Protocol

This Master User Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you, the User, and LUMEN Protocol regarding the use of the various services offered by LUMEN Protocol.

This Master User Agreement (“Agreement”) is applicable to all Services. Users warrant that they will follow all such additional procedures and instructions, as amended from time to time, in connection with the use of the services. SECTION 12 – RIGHT TO CANCELLATION BY LUMEN Protocol IN CASE OF INVALID INFORMATION FROM USER

The user undertakes to provide LUMEN Protocol only with correct and valid information while requesting any services under this agreement, and not to make any false representations. Any default by the User will be in effect with this agreement and will prevent the User from using services from LUMEN Protocol.

In the event that LUMEN Protocol discovers or has reason to believe, at any time during or after receipt of a service request from a User, that the service request is unauthorized or that information provided by the User is provided or any of such information is incorrect or any facts have been misrepresented by them, LUMEN Protocol, in its sole discretion, shall have the unrestricted right to take any action against(s) User without any prior notice to User. Users shall expressly indemnify LUMEN Protocol of any such claim or liability and shall not hold LUMEN Protocol liable for any loss or damage arising from measures taken by LUMEN Protocol to protect their own interests and those of genuine customers.

SECTION 13 – SEVERABILITY

The User or LUMEN Protocol may terminate this Agreement and the Service with or without cause, at any time, with immediate effect.

The User agrees that LUMEN Protocol may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate the User's ID and access to the Website/Services.

Either User or LUMEN Protocol may terminate this Agreement through a written notice to the other. LUMEN Protocol shall not be liable to the User or any third party for the termination of any Service.
